recruiters, ad placement and other specialists. All team members work together to reach more of the right candidates, utilizing the best methodologies to screen them to your needs.
Q. Why are your fees so low?
A. SEARCH System fees are for service and are reasonably predictable and quantifiable. As nothing we do is contingent, you pay for services rendered, and nothing more!

Q. Why have I never heard of anything like this before?
A. RPO or Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a reasonably new concept. SEARCH System is one of the pioneers in this field and we are delighted to answer all of your questions.
Q. Is there a conflict of interest if we are already using agencies to help fill our positions?
A. No, there are NO conflict of interest issues when placement fees are not involved!
Q. I already have advertising and job posting commitments.
A. No problem, you can forward resume responses to us or we can set up other convenient options.
Q. What company name appears on the Job Posting?
A. You make that decision! Remaining anonymous has many advantages but we are happy to promote your identity.
Q. How do we know we are getting all the resumes our job posting attracts?
A. We can set up a mail forward that provides you with a copy of mail as we get it. (We do however recommend a destination other than your primary e-mail.)
