over a period of time; this unique model allows firms large and small to
spread recruitment costs over six months or longer AND hire candidates
directly from day one.
All we ask is for a modest refundable retainer often calculated around
1/6 of the estimated total fee as an indication of your intent.

cost & delivery
- A small refundable retainer often representing 1/6 of the total fee
is required to initiate the search.
- The retainer fee is 100% refundable if you are not satisfied with
our service or can be applied to a future search(s) if the position is
closed or filled by any another means.
- Fees are accrued and earned for the first six months or longer (as
arranged) and cease to apply if the employee terminates for any reason,
pro-rated to the day of termination.
Here is an example of the payment schedule over six months:
Refundable retainer equal to an estimate of 1/6 of the anticipated fee is due at the time a search order is placed.
1-30 days of employment – free evaluation (Retainer earned at 30 days of employment, refunded or applied toward a
replacement if candidate terminates for any reason)
30 days of employment 1/6 of the total fee is due and payable (adjusted to accommodate over or underpayment on retainer estimate)
60 days of employment a further 1/6 of the total fee is due and payable
90 days of employment a further 1/6 of the total fee is due and payable
120 days of employment a further 1/6 of the total fee is due and payable
150 days of employment a further1/6 of the total fee is due and payable
180 days of employment a final 1/6 of the total fee is due and payable
