Combining affordable hourly contract recruitment rates and low per_hire incentive bonus is by far the most effective way to motivate all parties while keeping bottom line cost to a minimum.
Rates $35-$60 per hour + depending on degree of difficulty (discounts available for companies with resume database subscriptions).
Minimum of 100 hour commitments in order to receive these discounted rates, please call for a quote.
Per-Hire bonus incentives $350 - $1000 per hire (sometimes higher).
