Contract Recruitment/RPO(Pricing)
Rates $35-$75 per hour - 10 hour minimum
- Rates are assessed based on the skill set required to source and qualify candidates.
- Additional charges apply including advertizing, job board access and other incurred costs all billed separately.
- In some cases lower hourly rates can be offered with affordable per hire incentive bonus
- Deep discounts available for multiple openings and on-going assignments

Monthly Billed Contingency (Pricing)
Fees based on 20% of the starting salary divided into six monthly installments
- A refundable first installment is due at the initiation of the SEARCH based on an approximate calculation of the total fee.
- Installment payments are billed monthly at the end of the 2nd thru 6th month of employment
- In the event employee is terminated for any reason billing stops and pro-rated to the last day of employment
Flat Fee Contingency – $5,000 - $15,000 (Pricing) Fees are based on complexity and other elements to the search.
- Fees are due and payable within 21 days of start date
- A replacement candidate will be found or a refund provided if candidate terminates for any reason for 30 (thirty) days from hire.
- Fees are prorated or a replacement provided if a candidate terminates employment between 30 (thirty) and 90 (ninety) days of employment.
Temp & Contract or Temp & Contract to Hire (Pricing)
- Rates and conversion terms are established per instance
- Conversion terms are also negotiated on a case by case basis but are typically a three to six month buy out period.
